It's A Girl

I made this card for BBTB2 challenge. You had to use the baby buggy on the New Arrival cart. If you don't have this cart you could use another cart with a baby carrage. I didn't have the NA cart because my DD had taken it home with her and I could get her on the phone to bring it to me, so I used Cricut Alphabet. This one was already down loaded on my E2.

My great Neice

I have ben making pages about my great-niec.  I wnated to make a page to show how she has been growing since she was 1 month old.  I cropped the picture done to a size of about 2 1/2x2.  I cut tags from the Essentials.  I cut the tags for the months @ 1".  The lettering was cut @ 1" . The feature key JUMBO is the letters that I used.

The background paper that I used is from the paper stack Fancy Free.  I thought I got this paper when I was at M's black friday,  but I could have picked it up @ Joannes the week  before when we were in Joliet, Il

Birthday Bash

To continue with my series, here is another card from the cut on page 32.
The card base is a standard A2 card base. The elephant is cut @ 3.5".  The phrase is cut @ 1.75".  I used a button from my stash, and some Baker's twine.

Tomorrow I hope to be able to post another card from the same page using the card/tag feature.
Tomorrow is going to be very busy for my D H.   he has to have a port put in the morning, then his radiation tomrrow afternoon.  Times like this is when I wish I could have been able to afford the gypsy,  this way the time would go faster.  one day i will.
UNtil tomorrow have a very safe nite and day.  bye

Ribbons

I have been doing alot of research since my DH was diagnosed with Lung Cancer. I was curious to know if there were other ribbons for the different kinds of cancer besides the PINK RIBBON In fact there are 26 different Ribbons.  check out this web site and see what they mean.  I thought it was interesting..

Birthday Bash card

Hi
Hope everyone had a great weekend and was able to get some crafting in.  i made another card from Birthday Bash  that I want to share.  I haven't put a sentiment on it yet, because I'm not sure if I want to put the phrase with the snail or not.  The phrase says Best Wishes, but I don't think I want it on the front. So for now its blank.  the snail is cut @ 3.5"

i told some friends of mine over on cricut.com on the mb  that my brain was on pause.  If you looked at my blog before you saw that i had forgot to post the picture.
So here is the picture.
The card base was a mistake on the card/tag feature, which one I'm not sure.  I decided to use it as the base for this card.

Birthday Bash # 9

Hi everyone.  I finally am back with cards #9 in my series.

For the first card I used the card/tag feature cut @ 5"
The seal is cut @ 3.5" plus the layers also 3.5"
I also put the seal on an action wobble and used some bling for his eyes.  I also used bakers twine on this card.  Sentiment was a Stamp from the $ bin from M's.

The second card is 4.25x4.25 card base,  The green mat is 4x4.  you can make this card any size that you would like.  Phrase is cut @ 1.75" and so is the layer.

I also used bakers twine on this one also.

I also have a LO to share with you also.  Winter fun    the top part of the LO are some stickers that I had gotten a a local drugstore.  i like the way they looked on this LO.

The skater is from Winter Woodland cart and also the skates,  I used bakers twine for the shoe laces .

I also added a mat for a picture in the middle at the bottom of the LO.  You can't see the baker's twine on the skates.  i will try to get a better picture tommorrow of them.

have a good nite everyone and I'll see ya later.   Be safe

Birthday Bash

To continue with my  Birthday Bash series.  I used the card/tag feature for the base of the cards.  I stretch the card to make it 11" long.  I then cut it in half and got two cards instead of having one long card. Hope this gives you another idea on how to use this feature.

Another challenge

This card I also made to reenter the FCCB.  The challenge is cup, or choclate and the color brown on your project.  Here is the web site for the challenges.  If you get a chance go over and check them out.
http://fantabulouscricutchallenge.blogspot.com

I used winter frolic for the cups.  I'm beginning to think that this is my favorite cart this month anyway.
The inside says a cup of good cheer.  This can be used for any occasion.
I also usesd an EK punch that I had and some baker's twine.  I got the idea for putting a bow anywhere on the card in a bow from Brenda , I will post later her blog site. I have to go look it up first.

Winter Wonderland

I spent most of the afternoon in the ccr and this is what I made.  I really like the way it came out. I used winter frolic for the title and all the snowmen.  The picture mats are 4x4 solid pattern paper is cut @3.75x3.75,  the ribbon i got at M's . I'm entering this in My Craft Spot Challenge.  The challenge this week is Winter Wonderland. "http://craftspotbykimberly.blogspot.com" If you get a chance go check it out.  Her stamp are 'awesome"  I'm sorry to day that I haven't ordered any yet. Here is my project for the challenge.  You also had to use glitter on her project. You probably won't be able to see the glitter in this picture.
